A California native, Paul Thorp grew up in San Luis Obispo on the beautiful Central Coast. After attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, he moved to Los Angeles, where he worked for over 15 years in the Television and Film industry. Later, he worked at a full-service medical center performing physical therapy treatments. Paul returned to finish his undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s College and go on to receive his Master’s Degree in Leadership.
Paul’s passion for the real estate business began over a decade ago in the Napa Valley when he started a business that remodeled homes in the city of Napa, which helped him learn a great deal about the local market—including pricing trends and pocket neighborhoods. His proven record of finding homes with potential and transforming them into desirable showcase properties makes him a valuable advocate for buyers looking for a “fixer” property.
